Journey lights6/11/2023 Dodge sent an inspector to look at the event and I received a letter stating that any done light will become hot if left on. I disconnected the light and tossed it out in the lawn. I quickly popped the lens off the dome light and saw dripping melting plastic. I looked at the middle seat light and saw smoke. I looked in car again and I also smelled burnt wiring. Wife returned from grocery store stating something smells hot. I sent her to store anyway knowing that battery would not die in that amount of time. I tried every switch in the car but nothing would turn them off. Wife got into car to go to store told me done lights would not go off. Sorry to hear so many other's have problems too, just keep your roadside assist up to date lol cause I feel we're "all" going to need it eventually and who wants to be stuck in the middle of nowhere. Sadly these vehicles are "lemons" and should all be recalled and junked imo. None of us should be having issues like this and I'm really disappointed with Dodge and how they're "not" doing much to help anyone. The dealership says it's probably the battery and offered to replace it so on the 27th of this month, I will take it to the dealers and try to return it all together. I really love the vehicle with the cost to repair modern days cars, I think I want to find a way to return it ( it's only been 5 months since I've had it ). I've had problems with the push button start ( sometimes 4 attempts to start it are needed ). Everything electrical in my 2012 Journey started surging to the point where I thought it was going die on me while driving on a highway here on vancouver island b. With that being said I'm hoping that since I financed this vehicle, that the finance company will help me because this dealership "clearly" sold me a lemon and I'm sure they know it is. Wow!!!!!!!!!! is all I can say, I can't believe the amount of problems this car has. This started back in the spring and happens several times in a week then it will stop for almost a month and the cycle will start all over again. I have tried to look up reasons why and have seen this as an issue with a lot of other Journey owners. It's happened in my driveway with a slight incline so we parked it on the curb where it was flat to see of maybe the incline of the driveway had anything to do with it, but it's done it on flat surfaces as well. I have got the batteries replaced in the key fob as well. It will say no key detected when I'm literally sitting with my key fob in hand. It will make the lights start to go haywire. I usually have to jump it to get it to start. The battery, alternator, and starter are all good. Journey's journey in Des Moines was bookmarked the only way they know how: with "Any Way You Want It." At the concert's end, streams of confetti rained down from above - a perfect closing moment for a night featuring Toto. The kindness-peppered popular track "Be Good to Yourself" caused the downtown Des Moines audience to rise to their feet swaying, swinging, and clapping while Pineda later hugged and embraced audience members in the front row. Hits such as "Who's Crying Now," a guitar solo by Neal Schon, and "Wheel in the Sky" played after with an epic light show ending, before the band performed the universally loved hit "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)" as Pineda jumped off of various on-stage platforms. servicemembers as the metro area audience applauded before singing along to the fan favorite love song. "Good people of Iowa, how do you like it so far?" Cain asked to cheers before dedicating "Faithfully" to U.S. A slow-burning piano solo by the band's famed pianist Jonathan Cain followed shortly after.ĭes Moines received the beloved ballad "Open Arms" with open arms as hundreds sang along. Songs like "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'" followed as the audience rose to their feet and sang along with drinks in hand while sway dancing around as Pineda led a hyper-interactive performance. Then, hundreds of smartphone flashlights were held up while Pineda crooned to "Lights," flanked by a video that played scenes of San Francisco and the Bay Area on an elevated platform. "Don't Stop Believin'" featured a lyric change to "just a city boy raised in South Des Moines" that elicited crowd cheers as thousands sang along to one of the era's most nostalgic songs. Folks of all ages stood up for the rockers' opener, "Only The Young," sang by Journey's Pineda, followed by a soulful, animated performance of "Stone in Love" from Pineda featuring jumping and throwing a microphone toward the sky.
